The actual words. Value props, homepage copy, bios, program descriptions, newsletters — anything that has to land.
Deliverables: A messaging framework (core message, audience-specific variants, proof points) plus as many pieces of deployed copy as your scope calls for.
Communications strategy
How your message moves through the world: channel mix, publishing rhythm, launch planning, and internal alignment.
Deliverables: A 6–12 month communications plan, editorial calendar template, and roles/responsibilities map for your team.
Engagement models
Project-based
Fixed scope, fixed timeline. Usually 4–8 weeks.
Intensives
A week of deep focus on one deliverable. Good for positioning or messaging resets.
Retainer
Ongoing support for organizations that publish weekly and want a second pair of hands.
